Information we collect
- Information you submit. When you use the eligibility chat or a form on this site, we collect your name, phone number, email address (if you provide it), and your answers to the qualification questions (goal, program interest, price range, down payment, credit-score range and timeline).
- Marketing attribution. We record the page URL you submitted from and standard campaign parameters (UTM source, medium, campaign, term and content) so we know which advertisement or link brought you here.
- Technical information. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for security and troubleshooting.

We do not ask for, and you should never submit through this website, Social Security numbers, bank account numbers, passwords, or full financial documents. Those are collected only later, through secure application channels, if you choose to apply.

SMS text messages — consent terms
If you check the consent box on our chat or form, you agree that Vision One Mortgage, Inc. may call or text you at the number you provided about your inquiry, including by automated means. Message frequency varies with your inquiry activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out of texts, and HELP for help. Consent to receive calls or texts is not a condition of obtaining a loan or any other service. If you do not check the box, we will not send you marketing texts about your inquiry.
If you provide your email address and ask us to follow up, we may email you about your inquiry. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link; unsubscribing stops marketing email but we may still contact you about an active inquiry or application as permitted by law.
